By using this site and placing a purchase order the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Our Shipping & Returns policies, FAQ and Care & Maintenance sections are also included in the Terms and Conditions, thus must be read carefully and agreed before placing an order. Texturable reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including and without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. Texturable remains the lawful owner of the product until the sale and payment in full for a product of any description is confirmed. Your agreement of our Terms and Conditions with Texturable comes into effect once the payment is received.Your e-mail address or personal information will not be shared with any third parties ever. Any information collected on this website will be used for fraud control, order verification or internal marketing purposes only. You may contact us for any further information or clarification of these Terms and Conditions.
- Free shipping worldwide
- Texturable ships internationally to any USPS, DHL and Local Post (Correo Uruguayo) destinations. In case we are unable to reach your location, we will notify you 24 hours after your purchase and your money will be reimbursed.
- We are not responsible for any kind of delay due to courier or customs’ handling of your package.
- We are not responsible for any package lost or damaged in transit or for the return of items that could not be delivered. Rerouting already shipped packages is not possible.
- Texturable will not ship items marked as a ‘gift’ and/or state a lower value for your package. This practice is against the law and failure to comply with it will be penalized.
When will my order arrive?
READY TO SHIP ITEMS: Processing and packaging of your items will take between 1 to 3 working days. Items will be shipped with USPS (orders shipped from USA) and DHL Express Mail (orders shipped from Uruguay) which takes between 2 to 5 days in transit before delivery.
MADE TO ORDER: Production and processing time for each item is specified in its description and may vary from item to item. Items will be shipped with USPS (orders shipped from USA) and DHL Express Mail (orders shipped from Uruguay) which takes between 2 to 5 days in transit before delivery.
Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email with information about processing and shipping times for your purchase. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a second email with the corresponding tracking number, which will allow you to follow your package online until delivery.
Duty and taxes
Texturable will not be responsible for any additional expenses associated to the arrival of your package to destination such as customs and/or import duties. These are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility. International customers are therefore fully responsible for any additional fees or delays that this may cause. Please contact your local customs office for information about your counrty’s legal regulations. Texturable complies with Uruguayan legislation.
Exchanges and Refunds
Cash refunds are not available at the moment. The value of returned items can be use as store credit; exchanges are also accepted. This policy doesn’t include custom orders or items on sale.
To submit an exchange/return request you will have to write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying your order number and reasons for returning. Only requests submitted until 3 days after receiving the item will be considered. The item must be returned with no signs of wear, in the same conditions and packaging as it was received. The buyer is responsible for all charges and fees associated to the return of the package to Texturable.
Only accepted until 24 hours after purchase.
Returns, cancelations or exchanges will not be accepted for custom made orders and items on sale.
